I have been involved in construction products sales and consulting since 1994. I began my career at the Goedecke Company as an Inside Sales Representative in Kansas City. I then moved into an outside sales role focusing on division 7 accounts as well as division 8 with the glass and glazing accounts. In 1999 I became the Kansas City Operations Manager.
In 2000, I joined Tremco as a Sales Representative, where I have worked since. I have managed my own territory in St. Louis and Kansas City over the past 14 years as well as some time managing the Iowa and Nebraska markets as well. I am now working with our glazing business and working with several large national fabricator accounts focusing on engineered rubber gaskets and silicone sales for the building envelope.
I have obtained my CDT certification as well as my LEED GA. I am currently enrolled in the AAMA Fenestration Masters Certification Program. I am a member of CSI, BEC (past treasurer), ICRI, and participate at various events within GANA, ABAA.
I have done numerous presentations on Building Envelope topics at the BEC in both Kansas City and St. Louis, St Louis and Kansas City CSI, Great Plains ICRI Chapter, Glaziers Union of Kansas City, ST. Louis Masonry Institute, AIA of St. Louis, Missouri Society of Licensed Architects, and presented at Dealer Training programs for both Kawneer and YKK-AP.
While at Tremco I have served on numerous Focus Groups, was the Chair of the Joint Sales Council for three years, and have been an L1 team leader of a Strategic Imparative for a $70M+ segment our business.
Locally I am involved in our local parish where I serve as a parish Trustee, and am active in my community having coached within the Mascoutah Khoury League and the Team Mascoutah Select Baseball program while my kids were involved. I have also served our Catholic School on the Marketing Committee and a three year term on the Strategic Planning Committee.
I graduated from Mascoutah High and hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Marketing from McKendree University.
After 10 years in the Kansas suburbs in Kansas City, I am proud to call Mascoutah my home along with my wife of 20+ years, Cheryl and our three awesome children, Noah, Rachel and Owen.
I most enjoy time with my family and the opportunities to travel with them most notably to the desert in Arizona, to Austria and Munich, and this spring to London and Paris with my daughter!
